226/730 days semen retention Day 5 water fast I went today to buy some fruits at the farmer's market. Fasting going well. More clear skin, general improvement in mental clarity and feeling energy moving more smoothly thorough out my body.
Its5a shame. Also it happened just right after you surpassed your streak. I warned you about it. For me it's more an endless streak, I've only broke my semen retention because I had a vasectomy and I had to masturbate in order to release viable sperm left. Otherwise I'm 1000 + days semen retention and Maybe 6 years or more no PMO. The mindset is more about thinking the streak is permanent. That's how I see it. Don't doscourage
Thanks man. I’ve lost control and relapsed 7 times now and to porn too. man, I can’t believe how long you’ve been without pmo, that’s an amazing achievement! I hope I can get there one day.
Another thing is that it's even harder to go back to a big number streak once you relapsed. I had 15 years ago a 3 years semen retention streak and it took me 10 years to beat that streak again. That is also an important point: big streaks are hard to achieve and even harder to achieve after a big streak relapse. Don't forget that
I've seen it here also way too often the hardship to achieve right away a big streak once you lost it. Some can. But usually they can't.
The truth is we have to strive for, either we chose to feed our lust or we shine like a diamond with years of retention. We cannot hope that things will just fall in place, without wanting it badly. Take care, stay vigilant.
227/730 days semen retention Day 6 water fast Ending the fast. I ate bone marrow, liver, cheese and pineapple. I've eating already 2 meals in less than 2hrs and as soon my body feels ready I'll keep eating more and more. I'm eating small portions to avoid refeeding syndrome which is a metabolic syndrome that can happen to malnurish people when they start eating healthy again and people after a fast. Introducing too much food too soon specially carbohydrates can cause insulin peaks that create hypopotasemia, hypomagnesemia and hypophossphatemia. All this electrolitic abnormalities can create hearth, renal, pulmonar and neurological problems, even death if not handle carefully.
Longest streak since restarting - 19 days Presently taking 14 day challenge Today is day 12 Hopping on to 21 day challenge next. Longest streak recorded - 90 days But I was using the the shower jet as massage therapy so I don't really feel I honestly completed that challenge, and I gave in on day 91.
