I'm in! After 6 years on this site and trying different strategies to quit porn including different levels of leniency with masturbation, I realised that I've never been able to complete the 90 days challenge hard mode. My best ended the streak on 80 days, so that's my first goal. Today 1/80
0/90 I've had a reset early this morning after 25 days. My new short-term goal is to beat that milestone and go up from there. One takeaway I can apply to my future efforts is to not consume sugar and caffeine at night as it keeps me awake even when I'm physically tired. Being awake and tired is a combination for making bad decisions for me.
