In my first month I gonna work on my bad habit of procrastination and indecisiveness due to excessive choice. Day 1 is on
Read some research on procrastination and found out that all procrastination is delay but not all delay is procrastination as well as there are many triggers to procrastination many of which are common to pmo problem like boredom, anxiety, overwhelment, fears...
Today I procrastinated like hell and now I feel to bad to do anything off my plan....just wish tomorrow come faster for today feels rather forfeited for me.So day 0 here too. I better curb my intended actions to the absolute bare minimum as I hate to see big plans without action on them .
Well it was day 0 yesterday as I procrastinated again on the tasks I had set myself to do. Maybe today will bring better fortune to me.
It is still day 0 for me , I have done some tasks of my list but only about 35% of what I planned. I'm still trying to put my finger on what makes me procrastinate.
Well it feels like Day 1 today. Haven't accomplished everything from my list but completed most of them including most important!
Day 3 but barely ,as I missed one of the important tasks, Maybe it is the dark and rainy -cold weather that made me somewhat depressed u=and unwilling to do it as well as its perception as difficult and a bit overwhelming.
