Today I will remember that ending porn addiction is easy if I believe it is easy.

 

Today I will forgive myself for always falling short and believe that I will be healed with God's help.

 

Today I will remember that the key for me is to recognize the trigger and then switch directions as quickly as possible and distract myself until the surges subside some and then check into the underlying feelings and try to work through these

 

Sounds like a good plan.

 

Today I will thank God for the gifts that come out of having weaknesses.

Today/tonight I will remain conscious that drinking too much fluid this evening is probably going to cause a lot of arousal but I don't really want to relapse, it just really feels like it, but the consequences are dire for me and my future is worth accepting the distress right now...

Today I also want to assert that I also believe that @Ammar2 is indeed resilient and strong @EndPornLiveLife is NOT a puppet to his urges @Azzure is capable of doing what he believes he can and @Gabriel Knight 2.0 will succeed in his efforts towards improvement. I know this particular comment might be a little over the top and a bit awkward, but it means a lot to not be alone in this fight, so thanks for showing up here guys, and let's leave this addiction in the dust.
