I know that discussing this stuff can seem awkward, but remember that it is the secrecy and embarrassment that poisons the tip of the sword and keeps us enslaved. I was too scared and embarrassed for so many years and it kept to my self, but it just ate away at me. You are braver though and you can do this. All these questions help us to know how to help you. Most of the questions you could just answer yes or no to.

Here are some basic Battle plans:
Pray every morning and evening. I know this can seem corny, but it will absolutely help.
Go to confession and confess all your sins including these sexual ones if you haven't already.
Post here every day if you can. In the morning is best. Share how you are doing. Any urges and what your general feelings are on that day.
Make a list of the things that cause you to fall. We call them triggers. Example Boredom.

Get a filter and accountability software. I recommend Covenant Eyes.
Only use your devices in public areas.
When you get an urge, go outside or doing something with someone else.
If you can't go outside and must be on the internet come here and ask for help.
Use the panic button for encouragement.
Start your day counter.

These are some starters, but there are many more ways to better your strategies of winning this war. Remember that this is not a single battle, but a war of many battles.
