Hey guys I'm 19 and have never had the guts to really talk to girls or anything and I've been trapped in this sp cycle for over a year now. Before sp I was already addicted to other porn. Especially bdsm which I already was watching at 14. I started sp in December 2017, when I was quite lonely and bored after I had finished highschool. I was quickly hooked to it and have never been able to shake it since. I feel like I'm completely lost and losing myself more and more. I'm constantly feeling down and m up to 3 or 4 times a day if I have nothing to do and always to sp.. Its gotten to the point where I'm becoming numb to the guilt which scares me even more. I just want my normal life back. I had low self confidence but I was still happy and had self esteem. I feel like I'm nothing now.

Welcome here. It not an easy way to grow out of this addiction, but I can assure you, it's possible. But only if you become determined to do so.

Hey. SP exploits your insecurities. Cut it off and grow as a man and you will feel better. Try to improve your job/education, your religious or spiritual life and take care of your body, hit the gym, do calisthenics, cut of soda and sweets. You are gonna make it.

Thanks for the support guys! Yup Dutchy living in New Zealand lol. But yeah I use to play sport 6 days a week (basketball and rugby and had manly hobbies but after highschool sport stopped and my hobbies ended when I got hooked on sp. Also had a history of HOCD. I'm going to start exercising and find a part time job while I study.
