I’m struggling badly this week. So much resentment with my wife. I’m sure it’s my perception and shame from PMO. I’m not responding well at all. And I just want to be alone. Which is not necessarily the best thing to do.

Not sure what my spiritual problem is. Having a hard time identifying it. I’m just angry perhaps. And sad.
