Fasting-

Hey brothers - for the past month, have been fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, drinking only a protein shake in the morning and again at night, plus lots of water. Have dropped from 194 to 185 lbs, have greater libido, firmer erections, and more control of my urges. Working out 3 - 4 x a week. Any guys with similar experience with fasting?

I'm doing intermittent fasting. Drinking a gallon and a half water a day. Dropped from 195 to 175 in 2 wks. Same benefits
