The craziness of my summer job is over and I am now in college. I started a new strategy that will take me far and I think many of you might want to try it. I always pushed aside the cold shower movement but I think it might be really beneficial to a lot of you guys in particular. It shocks the body for a good bit and if you start the day of with it I find I have very little urges. And if I do have any urges I just take one before they get too strong. Granted I am only on day 6 so I will update you on how it goes.
