Just a interesting quote I found this morning to help me get through this Tuesday. "The fastest way to what you want is the path of discipline. Simple concept but the process takes a high level of commitment." Felt like this hit me hard as we all can relate. We all want this fetish/addiction gone and the fastest way is to be discipline with this 90 day reboot. Will it be easy? Absolutely not, I've had multiple relapses. but it will be so worth it. I'm going to remember this the next time I Think about relapsing. Hope this may help one of you by reading this, enjoy your Tuesday.
