    I'm a new face in town. Glad to be here! Sometimes i feel that nofappers justify their journey on religious reasons and they losing sight of the personal aspect of the self-improvement: they looking for answers outside themselfs instead of being their "own redeemers". I'm glad that there are similar thinkers in the NF community. Lucky that i found this group!

    It depends on the number of my streak days and mental state. Currently im batteling the urges but if i keep a cool head they will be gone for tomorrow
