Stop now, or you'll be 40, 50, 60, 70 and still doing this. I 'm 55yo and I've been trying to stop since I was 17, or more seriously a couple years later, and I've been in this addiction ever since, and I didn't nearly have all the accessible free and video porn then that young folks have today. Don't bring this into your adulthood or another day into your young adulthood, unless you want this to be a lifetime vice and sin. It will be, and your continued "yes" will make it more ingrained and make it so.

I'll second every word of this. I'm 53. I have a lot of sympathy for young men today, as falling into this trap is so much easier with the Internet. You must be stronger that we older men ever had to be.

Pray rosary and do personal prayer daily. In personal prayer, first of all thank God for gifts-ur life, family, friends so on.Then mediate on things u done that day or the day before.Ask Jesus pardon and help to overcome it and make a plan for that day.Find out what triggers u -loneliness,anxiety or ur habit.I had a habit of watching porn before sleep and before bath. Now so as to avoid it when going to bed i keep the phone in the living room.So the first task is find out what triggers u and cut it out.Fill the spaces with productive things -prayer,meditation,physical activity, etc.Well it takes time and practice.Might fall, fight back.Wish u success!

Purity builds you up. By abstaining from PMO, you'll get more energy, a lot more self-confidence, start seeing the beauty in women more, and achieve all sorts of great things. And best of all, you'll reap the benefits of growing stronger in your faith as well. Purity builds us up! You can do it!
