Brothers I just relapsed. I am praying and asking God for mercy. I have been really struggling lately. Does anyone have any advice on getting the images out of my memory?

Some priest said that after watching porn, you should go to church and spend twice as much time looking on the Holy Sacrament. But I haven't tested it myself. Personally I'm mostly just try to imagine Jesus or something I'm passionate about (in my case this are bees in the hive) when the pictures come to my head.
