In order to meet your goals, it may be helpful to find an accountability partner (someone who supports your goals and who you support in turn). There is a forum on this website for that purpose, and it's been incredibly helpful for me. Remember to pray, and ask God for help. While we may be weak ourselves, there is no problem that God cannot deal with. Even if you stumble, the only way you will fail is if you give up. Hold on to your determination! Recovery is possible, and you are capable of more than you think.
