day 4 did not go so well, I’ve reset my counter as I failed. Tomorrow is a new day. I must take it one day at a time. Stay strong friends.

Day 3, the scariest part is that I find myself trying to convince me to do it. Not sure how long I can go for.. does it get any easier?

  It does get less intense after day 4. Then after about 10 or 14 days the fear comes back. It wont get easy but we can learn to take it easy tho it's not easy. Man i'm confused xD
