Likewise!......I spend all my time on the 40+ panel. There is a certainty in the effort there which I appreciate........for me, this is no longer about "can I do this" or " I hope I can do this" (which you get a lot of from the younger guys). It's done.....I'm doing it. If I relapse, then I'm back on the horse, no questions........I'm not living the rest of my life like I lived the first half.

cpf, I have appreciated your posts. We have some basics in common: 40+ (60+ for me) , loving wife, obsession with straightening out our brain chemistry, no games. no time left. Glad to know you are there.
