new plan on how to control how much i do this bad habit hopefully this plan will work. I want to have control of my actions again.

relapsed..from dealing with stress in life, "u say just 1 time" but as a addict u just know 1 time is not really 1 time

lasted 4 days since last time

well failed that again t need to find new strategy.....idk

well i keep failing going to try and only do it 3 times a week thats it.

idk if this dice roll is good anymore because ive just been igonoring it and giving into this sick habit...trying to think of another way...

well i rolled a 5 so that means 5x limit and no more than that..i made it to 23 days before relapse..2x so i have 3 more chances..

I dont even know if that dice roll will even work or if its my mind tricking me to just fap again...

Relapsed a lot last year...going to try to control my urges by rolling a dice and whatever number i get is the amount i jackoff..
