Sometimes I am watching her channel as well. She is half japanese half turkish. She is really talented speaking so many languages, especially speaking german has surprised me the most.

I need to break out of the habit of thinking hypothetically. I do this too much. The past cannot be undone. I am in control of my present. I need to focus on what I can do now. Not what I should have done before. Regret won't change the past.

Today is day 3/31.

My goal now is to make it to 7/25/2023.

You can do it. But even if you fail this is no Problem. Stand up and try it again. And do this Over and Over again.

It's always fine for a few days with little to no urges or cravings, then it hits me out of nowhere at its highest strength.

You can try out a Plantbased diet with low protein and low fat for about 1-2 Weeks and then see if you feel good or not with your urges. This is also what Buddhist Monks and Nuns are doing in the plum village in france to fight the longing after lust. This supports the peak of your urges to lower down abit. For me personally I can see the difference. But ofc its your choice.
