Yeah, I’ve heard people say you gotta delete the triggers and they always mention social media but what do I do if the trigger is in my mind, I can be all cool walking on the park and then an scene I watched before pops up in my mind and won’t leave

I saw someone on YouTube proposing entering those websites but just look, only look and realize it’s not worth it, so it’s what I did, I spent 1:30 hours just going through that shaet, I gotta say you can find some motivation channels in those sites Wich is ironic, I got this more than ever

So a trigger appeared and there I was already in those stupid websites and while looking at the thumbnails I honestly said nah and went back, Im starting to see PMO and PMO addiction makes no sense

Right now I relapsed but whenever I relapse I see the world and I see my path clearly and everytime I relapse I go stronger so right now imma stop posting for a time because my charger broke but until I find a new one I will come back and tell y’all about how I’m doing I’m going to get rid of me...

Man at first I didn’t realize but I’m sure this is not what god wanted for me I’m becoming who god wanted me to be, screw all this PMO crap, finally I see the world and life clearly my journey starts today

I ended up realizing how cringe PMO is, everytime something reminds me of PMO, my mind automatically transforms it into that night and I simply go ewww wtf no never again

What I did wasn’t intentionally but I stayed up all night in the orange page, when the sun rised and when I finished PMO, I realized I stayed up all night, I didn’t sleep, I watched that shaet instead of sleeping and I swear I felt nauseous, I wanted to vomit out of pure disgust then everytime...
