Actually yes. I found myself a purpose and as dumb as that sounds my purpose was cleaning out my room. (my dad is kind of a horder and there's stuff everywhere) anyways a steady routine was my cure by keeping me distracted.

That is awesome man, I think I need to adopt a steady routine again. I have been all over the place lately and I end up feeling like I barely scraping by with NoFap
