@Brother Eagle what I noticed is that when your NoFap is on autopilot.....even the smallest things can trigger easily and girls misbehaving & flirting around you.....have you experienced this?? ....I experienced this not once ...many times whenever you’re on NoFap & without WDs for many many days the girls around you start feeling all the spark/energy inside you.....its like the bees coming after a beehive :-)

@Brother Eagle Well im being honest i had a wd today in the evening when i slept....& i know exactly why it happened......the method is not flooding mind with triggers ....as in we need to flood with distractions so that the subconscious mind will not be able to store the triggers properly ....dont give up brother we can do this.....stay strong .....lets go 100% clean....coz i know the results & experienced many

@Brother Eagle In my experience so far....i was having wet dreams like every 3 weeks.....right now 14 days NoFap No WDs.....Fap is totally under control & it will go auto pilot after you reach like 30+ days.....i think i found a method to control WDs.....now i have control over my dreams finally....anyone can do this!

Hello brother....I see that you’re doing well..but I have some questions for you....how often you get a wet dream? ....or do you control your dreams now?(lucid) .....btw I’m on NoFap 240+ days.....I saw some good changes in my life physically & mentally .....wanna know the experiences you had!
