@SirErnest Yes I do have that voice. I have been ignoring it. Trying to do the right thing. From now onwards I will put in more effort than before to do what is important.

Don’t be afraid to dive into doing things that you’re putting off. You may feel a little relieved by facing it. Don’t worry about the outcome. Just do it. Overtime you’ll realize facing the tasks you have avoided is better than trying to escape them. Think of it as choosing to be a prisoner that’s always on the run. Set yourself free.

@Buddhabro2.0 Thank you for your suggestion sir :) Yes I have felt better when I do the things even for 15 to 30 mins. I become complacent thinking I will no longer procrastinate and again fall into the vicious trap. Today I am positive that I am gonna successfully work on it. Learning from my past mistakes.

@Cirilla Sometimes I tend to be a bit hard on myself so as to not get complacent. I should strike a balance!

This is commendable, and I admire your drive, but indeed, balance would be ideal :)

I am relieved to know that this need not be considered a reset. I am on my longest no PMO streak currently. Breaking it would be hugely disappointing. :)

I feel it has, but not directly. Deroxat saved my life quite literally, and I think that because I was feeling better, I had the strength to tackle my addiction :)

I just wanted to say past is past, you are here NOW trying to improve your life. Also, you don't know if they were saying the truth or even worse if they were lying to themselves!

@ThinkSmarter Yeah past is past. I never seem to imply this in my life. I have always wasted even more time worrying about the time I had wasted. I will change my mindset!

I just recalled i had one of those dreams a couple of nights ago. I was fapping but I was not feeling pleasure, just pain and guilt. I see this as an absolute win

@Swift Escape I have never had this kind of dream during my previous streaks. So I thought may be I had spent more time than usual on P during relapses and that is why I am getting this dream. Anyway, not sure. I just need to fill my head with positive stuff :)

@A Conqueror I immediately felt bad that I relapsed and thought I had to start my streak count from zero again! Glad that it was just a dream.

Thanks for looking out man! :) Had a pretty bad couple of days :/ Relapsed :( The positive side is this streak was longer than any other I had before. Negative side is - I keep relapsing. Got to start strong again! How are you doing?

@Maras Thanks for the heads-up :) On the previous streaks, a combination of triggers on social media and me being complacent/me cheating myself that one peek/pmo isn't so bad led to my relapse. This time around I feel like I'm a bit more mentally strong to resist them (1)

@Maras & I've customised my social media feed by 'hiding' or choosing 'see less' on undesirable content. Hope I get to a mentally strong point where I needn't worry about triggers at all :) (2)
