    I relapsed occasionally when feeling so much stressed on...
    
    I have found that guilt and self criticism doesn't work.....
    
    The days up to which I remain sober Includes Every idle second in which impulsive thoughts about pmo runs.. But I keep myself motivated... But I can't avoid stress ...
