    Yeah man. No problem. Thanks for asking in the "Diamond Challenge" the reasons that everyone is doing NoFap. That's a huge part of the process and so many people fail/give up simply because they're too lazy or forget to write down their reasons/goals.

    Yes! when you take a step surely you'll get somewhere and not stay on the same place where you started. When we relapse we usually think were back to 0 which is not. It's a new orientation which will push us to take more steps to Victory. God bless bro!
