    Thanks @Recreatio, there is still a long fight ahead, but I definitely learned a lot more about myself in the process and improved were I could. This is a very nonlinear process, and every day away from PMO deserves to be cherished. Take care of yourself, and keep refining your process, there is more good than bad in the world, and eventually the good will win.

    I guess, what I meant by regulation is adding additional fricction to watching p, like setting some sort of age verification, or some waiting time before you access a p site. Even I 5 min delay in getting instant gratification might be enough to delay some ppl.

    For cigarettes and alcohol, you still have to go out and spend at least 10 min getting them, whereas you can get p in < 1 second. The brain doesnt even realize what happened until you end up relapsing.
