    Being ashamed of yourself simply means that you don’t like where you are at, and you want to live your life in a better way. Take it as great news rather than depressing. Scars like PMO take time to heal. Just know that we are here for you. You can do this!

  Relaps on the fifth day. I feel awful but at least learned something. Starting 90d challenge. I was too cocky and took 7 days for granted.
