I've been experimenting with NoFap since the 20th of December (2016). As of today, it's been 112 days. But I'm not just "experimenting" now!

My first week of nofap was a breeze. I felt confident in my doctor's advice, satisfied with my newfound freedom, and just peaceful overall.
