I hope you are alright! Its been 9 months now since last time I took/uploaded creepshots of my SO , no urges at all now and she is so happy that I have been so honest about it all, I feel like that sick part of me is forever gone! Im so lucky to have her full support even though it could have hurt her! Your words really does inspire me to let myself feel successfull by my progress instead of only feeling shame
