Hello everybody! I decided to make a challenge that consists in changing your lifestyle completely (so it's not no-pmo only). So what it is all about: - No porn and no jerking off (I shouldn't even mention these, I mean they're quite obvious) - Eat only healthy food (now this one depends on what you consider "healthy" and "not so bad", but I'll go with a fruits, vegetables and meat only diet) - Cold showers every day (it's up to you to decide how cold and how long) - Read books - the minimum is 10 pages per day (of course, it would be ideal to read more than just that) - Wake up early every morning (again, it's up to you to decide how early, but I'll go with 5:00 AM) - No video games (if any of you play them) - You're allowed to use your computer for a maximum of 1 hour a day (if you really have to use it for longer than that, for example, for work or for school, it's understandable, but it'd be best to keep it at a minimum regardless) You can also create a list of optional objectives, such as no music, no movies, work out everyday etc. If you fail to complete any of the mandatory objectives, you have to start over from day 0. You shouldn't let yourself discouraged though, just make sure to get back at it as soon as possible.
I want to take the challenge. But what if I fail again and again and it continues forever. I mean that has been the case with pmo on my part. And moreover I a starter, so 54 days is quite long for me. Kindly help.
I see you're new here. For a start, I recommend you to go for a small goal, for example 7 days (https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/7-challenge-the-seven-days-challenge.125271/), then 14 days and so on. I know what it's like, if the goal is unreachable we're not motivated enough to complete the challenge. If you want, we can encourage each other to keep going!
