I'm back with the new day and new motivation.

 

Day 0 ! We Will reach 1 week guys !

 

Day 1/7 again. I will do it, YEAH.

 

I almost past the 3rd day, everything is OK!. I feel perfect. without any irritation.

 

@2525 Made it to day 7/7! This was not easy, but I'm glad I've made it this far. My next goal is the 14-day challenge.

Resetting my pmo-counter. Relapsed after a 5 day streak. I'm new here on nofap and I don't know how long it has been since I hade 5 days without pmo but I think it was a long time ago. I know I need to get back on the horse so here I am. I started a 90 day challange today as well but maybe I should just stick to getting trough one week? Any thoughts on this? Is it wise to do one challange at a time? Thank you guys and good luck!
