Someone literally commented on one of my posts saying I doubt there could be any progress from PMOing 10 minutes a week. Right so someone who is PMOing 20 hours a week who goes from that to PMOing for 10 minutes a week there is no progress? Something I have learned on my two year journey is everything adds up. You don't need to be perfect. You aim to be perfect, but if your not perfect that's ok, your only human after all. But I can 100% assure you everything adds up.
If you’re speaking of progress in terms of overcoming the addiction to PMO, then yes, going from doing it 20 hours a week to 10 minutes is huge progress. However if you are actually referring to rewiring the brain from the constant overstimulation of dopamine, then for a hardcore addict, every single relapse will hold you back and you will not truly recover until you have gone for a long enough time without any relapses.
