I have been taking cold showers consistently for almost a month now, but after them I always feel sleepy and stop doing productive tasks. Does anyone have a similar problem?
Cold showers can't do negative things to you, i highly suggest that if you're doing cold showers and feel sleepy do them before bed then.
Maybe you wear too warm clothes? I am just guessing cause normally during winter seasons when you enter your house from the freezing outdoors you kind of feel you want to sleep, don't you
