Its been a little over a week from my last "session." It was tough but meditations, cleaning, and reading have helped a lot but last night I had a wet dream... I'm 23 years old and I've had one before but it was before a previous re-laps. I was wondering if these happen more often during periods of "abstinence" as another form of release. Any and all info welcome.
If that's the case, should I restart my tracker and sage my house? This is the second time this has happened but the last time, I re-lapsed and "entertained" her. Trying to keep my energy mine as well as be in-control of my thoughts. Been more active in meditation because it seems to help me the most.
Yes man every time I try to stop have have serious wet dreams and in your dreams you can’t control it
don't worry about wet dreams, theyre normal and shows your brain is healing. you're actually making progress. keep going
A wet dream is not considered a relapse. You don't have to reset your counter because of it. Wet dreams are involuntary, you have no control over it.
I havent had wet dream in 3 years. Not even waking up and organ wet, meaning small silent relapse in dream time [did I just say silent? haha - sleepwalking wet dream, horny frankenstein!] Ive had a couple months strike and many weeks strikes. Ive watched P right before bed, like on my phone, till the last second. Meditation done right. Strong freaking spirit. The body has it's own 'mind'. Which is what most unenlightened people function out of/from....people not beings.
@Grey is colourless : I'm still fairly new to meditation but yes I do agree that spirit is strong if you agree to work with self!
