This just came up in my feed, never heard of 'em not really my type of energy (too angsty and pessimistic) but I think it's good to share here:

I don't really get stressed much. Martial arts and meditation are like the ultimate stress quellers. I suppose if one lives the right lifestyle even the death of a close family member can be dealt with calmly.
