I'm back to being active here. It's been a while

Positive behaviors instead of sheer willpower. Do something, don't just think about it.

I've tolerated my ignorance of the consequences of my actions. I am no longer ok with that tolerance.

If it's been a while since you've tried a regular sleep schedule, I'd highly recommend it. I'm loving it.

After rereading all my journal posts over the past 2.25 years, I am ashamed at how long I have tolerated my failures. Time adds up.

Realizing that I am not meeting my goals is a good step in changing my method.

Moving forward is hard. Doing what I can to make my days fun is not :)

I am proud of who I am. I regret a lot of my past, but I have goals and am improving my life.

11 days clean. I don't like too much of an emphasis on the number of days, but this is (sadly) the longest reboot I've had yet.

I have been doing more meditation beyond my base goal some days because I am actually enjoying the still moments. It's a nice change.

Even though I PMO'ed three days ago, I kept up my good habits and I'm feeling better than ever!

Finding new ways to challenge my physical fitness is a good way for me to stay motivated.

I am setting rules and expectations and removing myself from the internet as much as possible.

I'm back. Took a while for me to get stability in my life, but I am determined to focus on the things that are important to me.

Halfway to 10 days. It feels good to be making progress.

Make choices that you will be proud of in the future.

I had to restart today. I didn't watch porn, but I did MO in the shower. I set one big rule for myself. Here's to good days to come.

I'm approaching my reboot with a different mindset. It is not supposed to be fun. It is difficult, and I have to make difficult choices.

It's time to get serious. Not angry serious or frustrated serious. Just serious serious.

Relapsed earlier today. Made 1 rule that I have to follow -> no touching unless I need to pee, wash, or it gets caught in pants
