Stinks when that happens. Happened to me last night and end up with weird gaps in sleep like a name in late afternoon, up all night, then another nap in the dawn hours. Sanity gets strained in those times.

Recommend using the local library, they usually have computers.

yeh the local libraries are the go to right now, thou they r open only till 8pm as my study routine reaches 10 pm-11pm

cutting out dairy cut out some of my body fat quite considerably thou

my intention on cutting out dairy was to get my hormones back on normal levels, and i heard dairy cause inflamation,seeing i work out,figured it benefited me,so far i dont really have sore body after work outs to a point i dont remember what part i worked out last

i heard dairy and soy increase estrogen levels, and when i see a lot of feminine males an younger females develop sooner and quicker, i cant deny that fact

it's ingrained in us,but realize this, you dont require soothing, we can survive without
