I am 10 days in and taking the June 30-day challenge today!

My strength is in the Lord. Today with the help of His grace, I will battle!

Day 8 behind me, Day 9 here we go....forward progression, passed week one. Un dia a la vez!

Energy is in full effect. Positive emotions throughout the day. I feel blessed and dynamic. Special shoutout to my AP for helping out.

Day 1. A new fresh start. Back on the race. Stumbled and fell but running back on track.

Day 14. Let my emotions take the best of me, led to P watching and last night I MO. Back to start. And fighting on.

Making the days count. I feel relaxed after a nice nature hike. Things accomplished instead of watching P.
