Try to have a mindset of going into this journey for 100%, not 99%. So don't even enter the slippery slope of watching girls on instagram, tiktok etcetera. After many years of relapsing i found this to make the journey much more easy. If you look at my last streak you will see that i hardly get temptations anymore. But ofc you have to be vigilant all the times. The 99% mode is a recipe for failure.

Thank you for the suggestions @Self-Conquest. Actually that is why I removed Instagram and avoid social media. Trying to avoid movies too that I think can cause temptations.

I try to keep things short and concise as trying to work on myself, so not sure how much I can add, friend. Just recognize the fog of depression/confusion/anxiety/depression etc when they hit and stick to the plan that YOU make. Write it down, become familiar with the game, progress. Good luck/make your own luck.

By time I can estimate that every PMO is about 2h and in only this month, i have wasted about 8h! At this time I could have been working one full day or learnt a new skill, seriously reducing my own lifetime by that crap.
It's time to let it go and try to improve in the aspects you want to, and believe in yourself ;)

I don't really remember, but around 30 days I think. After 12 days it can be easy but things can also become difficult in other ways.

But you are right, one day at a time. Though some of the things I have to plan a head ^^'

That is right. But somehow I always struggle during day 7-8. I get challenges and urges. Specially during the weekends when one have more spare time :S

So give all your 100% will of power for those 8 days. When a storm will end you will be able to regain your power soon.
