I relapsed after 150 days, the brain is really something complicated.

Most radical solution would be throwing away your phone, computer and go living in the forest.

I felt this after 1 week , porn not a issue I haven't watched for 30 days , like soft materials pictures on Facebook trigger it . Removing more temptation is the best. If I feel the need to I call a mate or work out or read some thing I use the brain buddy app which is helpful to relax also tracks progress anyway mate your doing well head up that's awesome result keep going .!
