Addendum: Not only did I have parkour yesterday, but I've just come back from yoga - with more push-up type goodness. I'm not sure just how soon I'll fail during my first appointment with a personal trainer tomorrow. :-/
6 push ups done. Full disclosure; I kinda cheated - I had a coffee about an hour before I did the push ups. My arms are still all noodly though.
You did them that is what counts. I am really tired from work and I didn’t want to do my 9. I told myself “you are going to wimp out on your own challenge, bum”. After I said that I dropped and did my 9
my arms are sore , idk what to do to complete the day so 5 of them, I might do today rest, but idk if I be out then?
7 pushups done - twice. I wasn't sure I got the first ones, given how early they were, so I did another seven just now to be sure.
8 push ups done, although that last one was a little wobbly Plank pose at yoga last night was much easier.
