I want to share some tips ..... That probably help you either day or night.. 1) Do meditation every day 15 min. 2) Destroy or delete all content related to porn either on pc or in mobile. 3) Remember intial phase will be tough that's 15-20 Days but after it will be lot more easier. 4) Daily listen to some spiritual or intelligent conversation before going to sleep. 5) Do reading every day and make a time routine in morning for a day and utilize your day 6) Don't use Facebook or Instagram unless for some information related content. 7)Do running or some exercise to utilize your energy in other form 8) Just don't overthink focus on your goal and just busy yourself and socialize with people...

I've recently started something in the past week that has been very helpful. I'm not Muslim, but I decided to incorporate and modify the Muslim tradition of praying 5 times a day. For me, it's not praying exactly, but more like taking a few minutes (or more) to talk to my spirit guides about whatever is on my mind. Doing it 5 times a day really helps keep you spirituality focused. If you don't believe in a spiritual power, you can still talk to forces that no one can deny exist- such as nature, love, peace, etc. They are all as real as gravity. Hope that helps.
