Day 9/14. It's getting harder. I've completed 16 days, but the withdrawal symptoms are starting to wear me down. I'm noticing I'm going on youtube and reddit more which I know only leads triggers, been having struggles getting through the day since day 14 and 16. I'm hoping self-talk and journalizing before bed will put me in a good disposition to remind me of why I'm doing this.
Didn't have time to check in yesterday to report a fall. So, now I'm back at Day 1/14. Ugh, I know I can do this!
I fell tonight. I was at 13 days total (3 in this) which is as far as I've gotten in the last 3 months. Will go back to 3 day challenge.
