Day 8/14: was fine. Too busy to think about. Still, longest streak I have had, so want to stick with it.

day 6. Drank alcohol yesterday, but stayed strong... Hoping for spring

 

I completed this challenge yesterday but I just relapsed so I'm going to start it again. I did it once so I can do it again - we can do this !!

Feeling better than before.

 

Day 14. I've never been this far for 12 years. No surprise this challange will be a life changer. Moving to the 21 Days challange, without breaking my streak.

This morning I relapsed. No P, just M. Sometimes I do not have enough discipline to resist the urges. Again day 0
