onto day 4/7 - making sure to get out the house as much as possible and keeping myself occupied to avoid procrastination which is my biggest trigger. Life is better without the P, the M and O.

Day 1 here. It´s been some time I don´t get to 7 days without porn, which is quite sad. But I know I´ll start over again and again, until I´m done with that!

Day 2/7 completed! Got a really busy day tomorrow, and a very tiring one too. I'm looking forward to it though

Day 7! Did it! On to 14 days now, treat everyday like you're starting from day zero.

 

Day 4: I feel it’s now or never, I’m staying strong

Day 4/7. I am taking a wake-up test at 5 o'clock and I'm still doing well. A few days ago I was very tired when I got up late. Now I feel very perky and healthy.

It´s always time to start over again, man! We should all try and learn as much as we can about ourselves. I believe that this helps us avoid what makes us fall and hopefully it will finally free us from porn!
