I'm on day 10, new fapstuanout, 20 yr old Sleep patterns are started changing in bad ways after stopping PMO -1st 4 days i went to bed at 11:30 and slept by 12:00 -day5 to day 7 went to bed at 11:30 but couldn't sleep till 1am --ay 8 to day 11 went to bed by 12:00 but couldn't sleep till 3 or 3:30am !!!! I did not use phone half hour before bed and i usually woke up in morning by 6-8am. Go to two mini sleep(30-40min) in any time of day. If anyone knows science behind this drastic change in sleep pattern plz explain and give advice, ty.
Yes, it means u are starting to face up to yourself. When u stop a crutch one always gets worst. Insomnia is likely to get much worst combined with other extreme symptoms. This is why so many people struggle to give up their addiction as they become unwell during withdrawal period. Now your task is to learn how to fall asleep without MOing or PMOing and personaly I use body mindfulness self hypnosis tape.
