Hopefully i find an AP or a another person who i can talk to , because i just fapped twice today and 5th this week , i need serious help im going back to my old ways .
Duuuuude. Go jump in a cold shower, youll feel like a million bucks after. Sit and meditate and listen to some good uplifting music. Its a hard battle but you can do it!
Well, first and foremost get away from your the internet if you can. The first 3 days require pure willpower. You know it's not easy, but the only way you will succeed is if you consciously suffer through it.
Hi Axlrose. You have been here since May 22. Posted 44 times. By now you should be making progress, even if it is only in understanding your problem, the problem you, I and everyone else here has, that being porn induced dopamine addiction. The search feature for this site allows us to search members posts. When I search posts I look for certain key concepts that I feel are necessary to make progress. There is one phrase I do not see in any of your posts and that is "dopamine". I see the word addiction only twice. You need to educate yourself. Watch this. Understand what and why is going on in your head, because until you do, you will be that guy. You know the guy. The guy who has been here a year and is posting about his latest 5 day run, after which he is starting again and hoping for luck. Beating this addiction has nothing to do with luck. It has to do with knowledge. Time for you to Get Educated.
i like william's post (esp the effort he put into researching your posts!). there are sometimes extended periods where we feel that we can do away with addictions with one real effort. congratulations to those who can. but it's real growth into maturity for the rest of us to understand that we're in for a long battle that requires tool, strategy and education. - and a cool head...
Check out fellow Clasik he is such a good reliable source to stop fapping and to change your life, I watch this guys videos very day and they have made me go this far and are what helped me a lot and teach a lot about myself.
Getting educated is a big help in quitting PMO, that is no doubt. However you could still have a psycologist with a gambling addiction. Knowing what is going on and having the self control over powerful mental cravings are not the same thing. I also dont think there is anything wrong with "that guy" whos been on the forum for a year posting his 5 day streak. It is more difficult for some than others to quit. Especially given the length of time used (13 years daily for me).
its great tht u want to change but u need a reason why u want changes, its useless to try without any meaning behind it. i know 1 person he is PMO free for more than 40days and he have meaning behind it, he just got married and he have ED. so get to know ur self more better and ask y u want change. GET SOME MEANING BRO!
@odan360 you and I are on the same timer almost exact hours too , you want to be my AP on skype and keep it this way ?
i got myself a twin , yaay , lets stay strong and close my mind on this stuff , like complete shut off from anything arousing .
Don't give up man! You know there's apart of you that wants to walk away from all things PMO! Reinforce that into your mind, look up strategies that have made others successful, get to the roots of your addiction. As long as you keep getting back up and attempting, you'll find a way to breakthrough!
I did 20 push ups and few lunges , my body aches a reminder to myself not to fap , i want to keep going like this , @FreedomIsHere we are on the same time , want to keep up together ?
