    I've also been at that point quite a few times. Just know that this doesn't define your worth (and you are worth a lot) and you will be able to pick yourself up again. It's a daily fight but damn, let's fight. Also, cauliflower and brussel sprouts tend to make me feel better

    I know it’s the devil. It also recently took my mothers life she had a ketoacidosis stroke…she also had issues with sex too ironically I don’t wanna end up like that
