Hello all, This challenge should be pretty simple. One push up per each day of you pmo free streak. 1 day = 1 push up 2 days = 2 push ups .... 30 days = 30 push ups. As of right now we will call it at 30 days The person would do the push ups during that day. For example today I have gone 3 days, so I would do 3 push ups Just is with most things here, if you relapse you have to start over. Some variants could be air squats, sit ups, burpees, or even pull ups. Or if you are super hard core do all the exercises each day. Who is in?? Hall of Fame Questionite
Ah, gato, I'm old, I'm fat and have no upper body strength whatsoever, and you're wanting me to start with 40 push ups. I'm seriously doubtful I could do that.
That's okay. It's an admirable challenge, and if someone has just had a relapse or is just starting out, it's a great one to add to the sense of purpose. Those who've been at their streak for a while probably don't need the same incentive.
Well it's a challenge like most others here, you start at day 0 or 1 and you do the challenge, your PMO streak is irrelevant to the challenge. It's a fun thing to do. as he said You start at one with one push up or other exercise and next day you do 2, until 30. I'm in! day one doing 1 push up!
So things change in life and we must be flexible. With the discussion so far, this challenge can be interpreted 2 different ways and being the creator of the challenge either way is fine. Way 1 Way 2 Just do the pushups. Start with day 1 and do 1 push up . Day 2, 2 push ups and so on. Nothing to do with your PMO streak. Work up to day 30.
Okay, so I know it's a few hours later, but... Day 2. (I did one before I went to bed, then my two this morning, just now.)
2push ups, I'm doing with nose on ground and on 90days push ups, normal ones, I am getting stronger, but when I focus on 2 days it feels a lot longer, like did I really only abstained for 2 days and stuff, but this jouney won't end soon
4 push ups I was at parkour last night and did more push ups there, but that doesn't count. Needless to say, my arms this morning were rather week when I did my push ups for this.
