History I don't exactly remember when I got into pmo first. It was probably when I discussed some of my friends talk about porn in my early teens. I was very cautious in the start but still got addicted to it gradually. I used to get bad dreams about it and when going to sleep I always felt the need to masturbate. To get that dopamine released. Slowly I started becoming number and stopped but kept relapsing again and again. It was a nightmare. Recovery I started analyzing what trigerred me the most. Situations, people, moods all of it. I write in my diary every once in a while now but back then whenever I had a relapse I immediately went to my diary. When I read my diary later I started to see patterns when I was affected and this really helped me deal with those situations better. I usually turned to pmo when in stress or anxiety, which was a lot of times in my worst period. I actually went 2 months without pmo before finally joining nofap and since then it's been 100 days and I am extremely proud of myself. Tips Write in your diary everytime you have a relapse or are feeling vulnerable. It's like asking yourself to forgive yourself which is very important. Try meditating every day, specially when you are vulnerable. Check in to nofap all the time. Whenever you are free and on your phone just check in . It helps keep you away from temptations. Set big goals but break it down into small steps and reward yourself (in some way other than pmo ) when you are doing well. Take it one day at a time. If there's anything you take back from this post let it be this line. TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME. IT WORKS!! KEEP BELIEVING. You will be proud. Thanks for all the support everyone. Every like matters. Keep giving each other hope. I will do my best to do so too. Thanks for reading.
Hey! Good job on your 100th day. I'm almost 100 myself so I know how good You feel. I'm never coming back to porn
Nice work. It sure feels amazing. Just remember to keep your head and not get too excited by this or you'll fall again as I have once before. Like I said take it one day at a time. Best of luck. Thanks for the wishes
