There is something that I feel a lot of us do wrong in our journey and that is to resist the urge. Rather accept that feeling that you have and still do nothing about it. Learn to live with it and control it. That is the true way to freedom from it. Over time it loses its power over you. Even if you relapse you feel more in control over time

This might hit hard. But some people use distractions to stop the urges. But it's best to accept the feeling and move on. I don't want to lecture. But this what I've learnt in my journey and is something I really wanna share.
